Gallas Scores!!! FIRST WIN at the GROVE.

GOAL!!! the Arse 1 Sheff U 0

65 min: Titi -> Fab Fab -> GALLAS!!!

The first time we are leading a game at the new stadium. Can't believe it has taken so long! Oh yeah, and it's William Gallas's first goal for the Arsenal in the EPL.

Update: GOAL!!! the Arse 2 Sheff U 0

69 min: First own goal by a visiting league team at the Emirates. Phil Jagielka gets his name on the scoreboard for us.

78 min: Freddie gets a standing ovation from the Emirates crowd while making way for Baptista.

Update: GOAL!!!! the Arse 3 Sheff U 0

80 min: Bapt -> Eboue -> Titi HEADER!!!

Precious, precious header from close range by Titi. Equally rare cross into the box (from Eboue). See, crosses do work, boys. My my, the last 20 minutes have been just incredible! Just what we have all been waiting for... c'mon, Arsene, give us a little smile...? Urm, ya, okie.

Update: FINAL SCORE: the Arse 3 Sheff U 0

At last, our first home win at the Grove. Sheff U, as expected, set out to frustrate and did it pretty well for 60 minutes. Thankfully, we turned it up after the hour, all the good work and lovely football finally bore fruit, and it was a pretty comfortable victory in the end.

Elsewhere, Chelski gets an "away" win (2-0) at Fulham; Citeh finally gets three points (2-0) at home against the Hammers; and Blackburn wins with a solitary goal at Boro. Earlier, Pool seriously kicked some scum asses at home, landing three knockout blows - including a Riise thunderbolt - without reply. Good job.
